Cutting is the process where the sacking cloth is cut to the required length for making bags for different sizes such as A-Twill bags and B-twill bags. At Green Star Bags we have trained employees who cut the jute fabrics into fine pieces which are further sent to the stitching department.
The company has provided modern tools for cutting the sacking cloth to their technicians. These tools are very efficient and time-saving.
Once the clothes are cut into fine jute fabrics, it is sent to the stitching department. Here, the clothes are stitched to produce various jute bags. This department is comprised of highly trained women employees who use their expertise to put together different fabrics of jute into fine pieces of carry-bags.
